KEIKO Genmaicha W/ Matcha Leaves
A KEIKO speciality - mix of half-shaded green tea leaves, roasted organic brown rice (Genmai), topped off with fresh organic matcha powder. The brew results in a heavenly, intense dark green colour with a pleasant roasted and nutty character. This tea has a moderate caffeine content.
- Boil water and allow it to cool to 65°C to 70°C.
- Put one teaspoon (estimated 3g) of tea into a cup of 200ml cooled water.
- Allow the first infusion to steep for no longer than one minute.
